A pint of lemonade with blackcurrant and lots of ice. Alcohol is a diuretic, so will only dehydrate you further.

As a 8 year old it was fresh orange from a pub with ice and a packet of cheese and onion.

Citron Presse. But you'll only find it in French bars/cafes.
The beauty of it is that you can make it as sweet or sour as you prefer.

Pimms, lemonade, sliced orange, apple, cucumber and a sprig of mint.
Introduce that to an unsuspecting female septic and she'll have drawers off in 30 minutes.
